ADVANCE LEADERSHIP DIPLOMA


Objectives of the course:

The Diploma is a 10-month online course which will allow participants to discover the potential that God has put in their lives and in this way train and develop Christian leadership skills that are relevant to our church context and Australian society.

This is an ideal training tool that Pastors can use in their local churches to help mentor and train those people whom they see as potential laborers and team that will bring the harvest.


Completion of this course should enable students to:

  1. Discover the extraordinary potential that God has given each individual.
  2. Know the theoretical elements for the practice of relevant leadership on the local church and their working environments.
  3. Equip leaders who can engage appropriately in the context of a modern society and all its new trends and fashions.
  4. To challenge the participants to acquire a leadership role within their local churches and assist the local Pastors in the work of the Kingdom of God.
  5. To know how to present the Gospel to this modern generation.
